- Will get a bunch of feature updates
- Likely to retain the mechanical bits
- Could cost slightly more than the current model
Royal Enfield is all set to bring the 2024 Classic 350 to India very soon. The bike’s debut date has been slated for 12 August and here is what we know about it.
While the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will retain the design from the current model, it is expected to get more features. The list could include LED headlight, pilot lamps, and tail light. Similar to the Classic 350’s current lineup, the 2024 model too will be offered in multiple variants and different hardware setups. For reference, Royal Enfield has six different trims for the ongoing model. These differ in colour, ABS setup, and braking hardware.
Apart from the aforementioned changes, you can expect the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 to retain the same J-series 349cc, air/oil-cooled engine. It makes 20.2bhp and 27Nm and is linked to a five-speed gearbox. Even the telescopic front forks, dual rear shocks, front disc with optional rear drum and disc, mounted on the spoke wheels will be carried forward.
However, the addition of new features could result in a small price bump over the current model. We expect the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 to cost around Rs. 1.95 lakh for the base model to Rs. 2.30 lakh for the top-spec trim, ex-showroom.
