New teaser video of Honda Africa Twin out; Touring version coming soon?

It’s been a couple of months since the Honda Africa Twin was launched in the global market. Now the Japanese manufacturer has gone ahead and teased a new video which shows two motorcycles being ridden on various terrains.

Interestingly, Visordown had managed to click a camouflaged CRF1000L Africa twin in May this year. The spied prototype carried a taller windscreen, side panniers as well as a top box. This makes us believe that a hard core touring version of the Africa Twin is under works and this new teaser could be about the same bike.

There is one part in the video where the two Africa Twins are being ridden on an off-road patch. The one in the front has the panniers which could be the touring version whereas the one at the back is the adventure version that is already on sale.

The adventure enthusiasts in India would love to see this bike in the country. Unfortunately, Honda India is busy churning out mass market motorcycles for now. Honda will unveil this bike officially in a day. So stay tuned to BikeWale. Meanwhile, watch the teaser video below.
