- New Tiger 1200 spotted on test

Over the last few days, Triumph has been teasing us with some pictures and videos of the upcoming Tiger 1200. Now, there are a few pictures of this bike seen on test but without any camouflage.
From the pictures, it is clear that the upcoming Tiger 1200 has gotten a bit sharper. The fascia looks a bit aggressive, the tank shrouds has some aerodynamic creases and the beak is little pointy. In fact, the bike looks as if it has lost some weight as the overall dimensions are a bit leaner.
In terms of cycle parts, we are expecting this big Tiger to use a lot of new ones – a way to make it lighter and also look aesthetically more pleasing. The 1160cc in-line cylinder engine is likely to get upgraded components. There could be a difference in the power and torque figures, but we’ll know this for sure at the time of global unveil, which we believe has been planned in a few days.
The new Tiger 1200 will definitely come to India and will lock horns with the new Ducati Multistrada V4 and the segment leader – the BMW R1250GS. We can also expect a decent price hike on this new model.
