Triumph Motorcycles India has confirmed via its social media handles that it will launch the new Trident 660 in our market very soon. The company, however, has not given out an exact launch date yet. The pre-bookings for the motorcycle had begun in November last year. The company will offer a finance scheme with EMIs starting from Rs 9,999.
The Trident 660 will arrive with a competitive price tag and will serve as the entry price point into Triumph Brand. The Trident 660 will be powered by a 660cc, liquid-cooled, inline three-cylinder engine that produces 79.8bhp at 10,250rpm and 64Nm of peak torque at 6,250rpm. The motorcycle will come with a 10,000miles/16,000km service interval. It will also be backed by a global two-year unlimited mileage warranty.
The modern features on the motorcycle include full-LED lighting and a Bluetooth-ready instrument cluster. The Bluetooth module will be sold as an accessory and it will offer access to functions like turn-by-turn navigation, calls, music controls, and GoPro. The motorcycle will be sold in four colour options.
