TVS Motor Company launched the new Apache RTR 200 4V in India with a price tag of Rs 1.31 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle celebrates the four million global sales milestone for the Apache series.
And the new Apache RTR 200 4V is being offered in a choice of three colour options. First up is the Matte Blue colour that draws inspiration from TVS’ One Make Championship Apache RTR 200 race bikes. The other two colour options were already available with the previous model. There is the Gloss Black colour and the Pearl White options. All three paint schemes feature red highlights on the bodywork that give it a sporty appeal.
TVS has changed the game by equipping the new Apache RTR 200 4V with three ride modes- Urban, Rain, and Sport; similar to the bigger Apache RR 310 which also gets a Track mode. These modes manage ABS intervention, throttle response as well as power delivery. Furthermore, the new Apache RTR 200 4V also features preload adjustable forks up front sourced from Showa as well as three-step adjustable clutch and brake levers. And to top it all, TVS has also managed to bring down the Apache’s weight by a kilo.
The motorcycle will be available in showrooms across India soon with deliveries expected to commence by the end of this month.
