- Deliveries to commence soon
- Officially launched a week ago
- Prices start from Rs. 73,700
The new TVS Jupiter 110 has started reaching dealerships across India, a week after its official launch was announced, and the deliveries should start soon. It’s a majorly revamped iteration of its predecessor but the starting price is almost the same as before at Rs. 73,700. The top-end SmartXonnect Disc variant goes up to Rs. 87,250 (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
Visually, the new Jupiter looks much more contemporary than the previous model which had been carrying forward the decade-old design. With sharper cuts and creases across its bodywork, the new model undoubtedly looks sportier while the V-shaped DRL (in the higher variants) stretched across the apron adds more visual drama. Complementing the new design is the updated feature list which comprises a new instrument cluster (fully digital for top-spec trim), Bluetooth connectivity with navigation and voice assist, and a USB charging port. The 2024 edition also gets an external fuel filler cap, a two-litre front storage space, and a large 33-litre boot.
Changes have been executed to its engine as well and the latest model is powered by a bigger 113cc engine that produces 7.91bhp at 6,500rpm and a peak torque of 9.2Nm at 5,000rpm. The motor also comes with TVS’ iGO Assist feature, which increases the torque output to 9.8Nm. As for the cycle parts, it rides on 12-inch alloy wheels at both ends with telescopic forks and a monoshock. While braking duties are handled by a disc-drum combination, a more affordable drum brake variant is also available.
