-Will have new design

-Goes up against the Honda Activa
The all-new TVS Jupiter 110 will be launched on 22 August. This is undoubtedly one of the most important launches by the Hosur based manufacturer in recent times. The current TVS Jupiter 110 has been a best seller for years. However, it has grown quite long in the tooth and desperately needed a makeover.
Word is that the new Jupiter 110 will bear a fresh design. The current Jupiter 110 has a rather simple and inoffensive design. While it has aged well, the new Jupiter 110’s design will be quite the opposite and more contemporary.
It will have a horizontally mounted DRL that will run across the front panel of the scooter. The turn indicators are said to flank this DRL and it’ll add to the visual width of the new Jupiter. The side and tail sections will also be new.
Expect to see LED lights, digital display with Bluetooth connectivity and perhaps navigation as well. The top variants will have a disc brake at the front. Other conveniences that may be included are a mobile phone charger, external fuel filler cap and a cavernous boot space that can accommodate two helmets. This is likely going to be the same as the TVS Jupiter 125 and the only way such a large boot can be created is by placing the fuel tank in the floorboard of the scooter.
TVS will launch the new Jupiter in an array of colours and the price is expected to begin from Rs 77,000 onwards. It goes up against the Honda Activa.
