TVS has launched the new Jupiter Grande at Rs 62,346 (ex-showroom, Delhi)It comes equipped with a couple of cosmetic upgrades and new features. We bring to you a detailed image gallery of its newly-updated Jupiter Grande.
The new Jupiter Grande’s most noticeable change is the light blue colour. Further complementing the colour is the maroon cross-stitched seat and beige-finished body panels.
The front end is similar to the Jupiter ZX which also sports a full-LED headlamp. However, the new Jupiter Grande gets chrome highlights on the mirrors to set it apart.
Nevertheless, the biggest upgrade comes in the form of the Bluetooth-enabled, semi-digital instrument console. It can display text and call alerts, over-speeding alerts and trip report.
Besides these changes, the new Jupiter Grande remains the same mechanically. It rides on 12-inch machine-cut alloy wheels on both ends.
Suspension duties on the new Jupiter Grande are handled by telescopic forks upfront and an adjustable monoshock at the rear. Meanwhile, braking hardware consists of a disc brake for the front and a rear drum brake along with SBT (Sync Braking System).
The new Jupiter Grande comes powered by the same 109cc, single-cylinder engine that does duty on all the other Jupiter variants. The motor produces 7.8bhp and 8Nm of torque.
