- Sold in India as Star City Plus
- Launched in three colour options
- Gets a USB charging port
TVS Motor Company has expanded its portfolio in Bangladesh by launching the new Metro Plus 110 commuter offering. Interestingly, this is the same motorcycle that is sold in India with the name Star City Plus.
The Metro Plus 110 looks slightly sportier than most other offerings in this segment. It sports an angular headlamp cowl with sharp contours, a chiseled fuel tank, and a sleek tail section with a coloured grab rail and dual-tone single-piece seat. Lending it a premium touch are a chrome-finished exhaust shield and blacked-out engine and alloy wheels. The motorcycle is decent on the feature front with an LED headlamp, a USB charging port, and synchronised braking technology.
Powering the Metro Plus 110 is a 109.7cc, air-cooled engine that comes mated to a four-speed gearbox and churns out 8.08bhp and 8.7Nm. With a fuel tank capacity of 10litre, it’s petty light with a kerb weight of 115kg. As for the cycle parts, the Metro Plus rides on 17-inch wheels that are suspended by telescopic forks up front and dual springs at the rear. Meanwhile, braking hardware comprises a single disc at the front and a drum at the rear.
In Bangladesh, the TVS Metro Plus 110 will be sold in three colour options including two dual-tone paint schemes.
