- 2025 Ronin unveiled
- Gets major design changes
- Launch by March
TVS has unveiled the updated Ronin at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Show 2025. This updated Ronin will replace the current model when it is launched in a few months.
The 2025 Ronin gets a host of styling changes based on market feedback. For starters, a lot of focus has gone on changing the way Indian consumers perceive the Ronin. It was positioned as a cruiser, but now, with these changes, the Ronin will be positioned as an urban street bike. Most of the changes have been made to the rear section of the motorcycle. The seat is now shorter and the rear mudgauard is thinner and also smaller. TVS says that the engine area carries a much cleaner design. There’s a new headlamp unit too, which makes the bike look a bit more aspirational.
There aren't any changes in terms of performance other than meeting the OBD2 compliance. This 225cc air and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine makes 20.1 bhp and 19.93 Nm and is paired with a five-speed gearbox. The engine is known for its peppy nature, while the Ronin’s ride and handling are in a class of their own.
The new Ronin is expected to be launched by March and will receive a marginal price hike. There will be multiple variants on offer along with some new paint schemes.
