- Yamaha Fascino 125 unveiled
- Gets new features
- Prices to be announced soon
Yamaha Motor has unveiled the updated Fascino 125 at the launch of the FZ X. The scooter is now equipped with features that put it on par with its rivals like the Suzuki Access 125 and Honda Activa 125.
Firstly, the new Yamaha Fascino 125 receives a full-LED headlamp and tail lamp. Then, there is the digital instrument cluster that is offered with Bluetooth connectivity as an option. Once connected to the Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X app, the display can show call and text alerts.
Adding to its list of features, Yamaha has also worked on the Fascino 125’s engine, fitting it with a hybrid technology. This motor produces 8.6bhp and 10.3Nm which is more than the previous model’s 8.4bhp and 9.7Nm. The rest of the scooter remains the same as before and uses telescopic forks up front and a monoshock at the rear while braking is performed by a disc at the front and drum at the rear with CBS as standard.
In terms of styling, not much has changed except for the addition of the new Matt Black colour that is combined with golden wheels. Yamaha has not announced the pricing yet but we can expect that to happen sometime soon.
