- 2024 Yamaha FZ-X unveiled
- Gets fancy chrome paint schemes
- Bookings to begin soon
Yamaha has updated the FZ-X for 2024 by introducing two new colours. The new FZ-X is now being offered in full chrome and black paint schemes.
The Japanese brand unveiled both these colours at the ongoing 2024 Bharat Mobility Expo that is being held in New Delhi. These two new versions will go on sale very soon and the bookings are likely to commence at all Yamaha showrooms within a few days.
The 2024 FZ0X also borrows the same 149cc, single-cylinder engine from the FZ-S. This engine produces 12.2bhp at 7,250rpm and 13.6Nm at 5,500rpm. It comes paired with a five-speed gearbox. The FZ-X gets a full-LED headlamp and tail lamp and also comes with a fully digital instrument cluster. This cluster is Bluetooth-enabled and shows information like fuel consumption check, battery, and oil change reminder, and last parked location. It also notifies the rider about any malfunction in the motorcycle. The FZX also comes with a USB charger fitted below the instrument cluster, ABS and a side-stand engine cut-off function.
The pricing of these two new paint schemes hasn’t been revealed yet, but expect the FZ-X chrome to become the most expensive variant in the line-up.
