- Yamaha updates MT-15 in Thailand
- Gets new colour schemes
- Similar to Indian-spec model
Yamaha launched the MT-15 Version 2.0 in India a couple of months ago and has now taken the wraps off the updated motorcycle in Thailand.
Well, the only change to the new Yamaha MT-15 is the addition of new colour schemes. While it gets the same grey paint, it now comes adorned with cyan blue wheels like the MT-15 we tested here. However, unlike the Indian-spec MT-15 which now receives golden fork bottles in the Version 2.0, Yamaha has gone back to offering black fork bottles on the Thai-spec model possibly for a stealthy look.
That said, almost everything on the Thai-spec model are the same as the Indian version. And we say almost because it does not get Bluetooth connectivity like we do in India. Although, it does get the same 155cc, liquid-cooled engine with VVA, slipper and assist clutch and dual-channel ABS as standard.
