Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles recently updated the 2024 Adventure in India. The adventure touring bike gets a few mechanical and cosmetic revisions. Let’s take a closer look at the new Yezdi Adventure via a detailed image gallery.
The styling is largely similar to the older model but gets a few visual tweaks to make it look more contemporary. For instance, it gets new colours and smaller tank braces for better aesthetic appeal and weight savings.
The 2024 Yezdi Adventure is available in four new paint schemes – Tornado Black, Magnite Maroon, Wolf Grey, and Glacier White. While the Tornado Black is a monotone colourway, the rest of the shades get a dual-tone finish.
Although the engine displaces the same 334cc as the older model, the new Alpha 2 motor has been revised to offer better refinement and lower NVH. The single-cylinder engine pumps out 29.2bhp and a peak torque of 29.84Nm. The liquid-cooled motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Another major change comes in the way the exhaust pipe has been routed. On the new bike, the header pipe passes under the motor to offer better heat management. Even the coolant reservoir has been moved behind the sump guard.
The cycle parts include 41mm telescopic front forks and a linked monoshock, with suspension travel of 200mm and 180mm respectively. Meanwhile, the bike drops anchors with the help of disc brakes at both ends, while dual-channel ABS is standard.
Feature-wise, it gets multiple ride modes, digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. It also gets ABS modes and USB Type-C and Type-A charging ports.
The new Yezdi Adventure continues to ride on 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels wrapped in dual-purpose off-road tyres.
Despite the mechanical and cosmetic changes, the new Yezdi Adventure costs less than the older model. The monotone version costs Rs. 2.10 lakh and goes up to Rs. 2.20 lakh for the top-spec dual-tone model. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
The Yezdi Adventure is positioned between the Hero Xpulse 200 4V and the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. It rivals the KTM 250 Adventure and the BMW G 310 GS.
