Yezdi launched the updated Adventure today. The bike has come with a few changes for 2024 and a revised asking price as well. If you are planning to purchase it, here are five things about the updated Yezdi Adventure that you must know.
Same Design
The updated Yezdi Adventure looks largely similar to the outgoing one but it dons a few aesthetic tweaks. The fuel tank now gets new colours as well as graphics. Then, the tank braces have also been made smaller than before and now weigh about five kilograms less.
Yezdi is offering the 2024 Adventure in four new paint schemes – Glacier White DT, Magnite Maroon DT, Wolf Grey DT and Tornado Black.
Mechanical Updates
Powering the latest Yezdi Adventure is the new Alpha 2 motor. It is a 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine and belts out 29.68bhp and 29.84Nm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox. Yezdi says the new setup is supposed to offer better refinement levels.
Moreover, the exhaust routing too has been tweaked. Its header is now passed from under the motor to the rear portion of the exhaust. Even the cooler reservoir has been moved behind the sump guard.
Retained Hardware
The 2024 Yezdi Adventure get the same gaitered telescopic front forks and monoshock. Its braking hardware comprises a front and rear disc with dual-channel ABS. These are mounted on 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels wrapped in off-road tyres.
Feature Loaded
On the feature front, the Yezdi Adventure gets ride modes, turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, a phone charger, and ABS. These are the same features that the outgoing Yezdi Adventure packs.
Costs Less Than Before
Even with the new updates, the Yezdi Adventure costs less than the older model. It is priced at Rs. 2.10 lakh to Rs. 2.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). That’s about Rs. 6,000 less than before. The Yezdi Adventure rivals the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure, and the BMW G 310 GS.
