Zontes Motorcycles has announced the launch of the new 350R in the Indian market to rival the likes of KTM 390 Duke and BMW G 310 R. This motorcycle is available in a single variant and three colour options – black, blue, and silver. The colour options affect the ex-showroom prices of the motorcycle. While the blue paint is priced at Rs 3.15 lakh, the black and silver colours are available at Rs 3.25 lakh each.
Further, the black and the blue colour options get a black finish with silver highlights to their alloy wheels. The blue colour also gets a dual-tone paint theme. The silver paint, on the other hand, gets blue colour for the alloy wheels with silver highlights on the spokes. The differences are limited to the colour themes. The design, meanwhile, is identical on all versions and the 350R features a single-pod headlight, a muscular fuel tank with shrouds, an engine cowl, and rear hugger-mounted numberplate and turn indicators.
The feature list is premium and the Zontes 350R comes equipped with keyless control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, a five-inch LCD, and full-LED lighting. The mechanical specifications include a 348cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers a maximum output of 38bhp and a peak torque of 32Nm.
The bookings for the motorcycle are open for a token amount of Rs 10,000.
