TVS iQube Electric
Apart from the thorough EV-only manufacturers, the Indian two-wheeler market also has some known mainstream brands jump on the EV bandwagon. TVS is one of them with its iQube Electric. It retails at Rs 1.38 lakh (ex-showroom Bengaluru). However, the asking price goes significantly low once you avail of the FAME II and state subsidies which makes the iQube Electric pretty affordable. It offers 75km of max range and is equipped with features like full-colour TFT instrument cluster sporting TVS’ SmartXonnect function which lets you access Bluetooth connectivity and features like geofencing, ride status, remote battery status, incoming calls, and SMS.
Revolt RV400
If you are inclined towards an e-motorcycle instead of a scooter, the Revolt RV400 could be a potential option. Its asking price is set to Rs 1.24 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) but like the other options, the RV400 is also eligible for subsidies. Revolt claims to offer a maximum range of 156km (ARAI) and a top speed of 85kmp. On the feature front, you get a full-LCD instrument cluster and 4G connectivity. With Bluetooth connectivity, you can also check the travel history, battery health, range, nearest swap station, and more.

Its asking price is set to Rs 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom Bengaluru, excluding state subsidy) and it offers 70km of range. Like the foes, the Ather 450X too is loaded to the gills with features. You get full-LED lighting, a Bluetooth-enabled (4.2) touchscreen instrument cluster, music & call controls, integrated 4G LTE SIM connectivity, digital document storage, and navigation.
Bajaj Chetak
Last but not least, adding a bit of retro charm to the lineup is the Bajaj Chetak. It carries a proper old-school design and takes inspiration from the original petrol-powered Chetak. You get a round headlight and curvy bodywork housing the 4kW motor and 3kWh lithium-ion battery. It offers a maximum range of 95km in Eco mode. Feature-wise, it gets reverse assist mode, regenerative braking and an onboard Intelligent Battery Management System (IBMS) to control charge and discharge.
