- Registers record sales of 17,531 units in October
- Nearly doubles its sales numbers compared to September 2022
Electric two-wheeler maker Okinawa Autotech registered retail sales of 17,531 units in October 2022. According to the company, the figures include both high-speed as well as low-speed scooters. Furthermore, Okinawa attributes the strong sales numbers are a result of improved customer sentiment in the post-pandemic era.
Importantly, Okinawa nearly doubled its sales numbers in October, when you consider that the company sold 8,494 units in September 2022. The company has witnessed strong demand for popular models like the Praisepro, IPraise+, Okhi-90, and Ridge+.
It should be noted that the last major launch by the company was the Okinawa Okhi-90 electric scooter, which was launched way back in March 2022. That said, Okinawa is all set to launch a new high-performance electric motorcycle in collaboration with an Italian performance electric motorcycle maker, Tacita.
