Ola Electric has confirmed its participation in the EICMA 2022. This hints at a few possibilities including Ola’s entry into the international market with the S1 e-scooter exported from India. And, unveiling of a new product.
Speaking of the new product, Ola Electric has its eyes set on entering the electric motorcycle segment and the four-wheeler market. Now which one comes to fruition at EICMA is unclear as of now.
In a related development, Ola Electric also achieved its production milestone recently. The Bengaluru-based brand rolled out its 1,00,000 lakh scooter from the Tamil Nadu based manufacturing plant. Moreover, Ola also recorded its highest monthly sales in October as it registered 20,000 unit sales.
Ola’s latest launch in India was the S1 Air. It’s the most affordable e-scooter from the brand with an asking price of Rs 84,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru).
