Ola Electric has recorded 24,000 registrations for its electric scooters in October. The brand says it witnessed 2.5 times more growth in sales during Navratri and Dussehra compared to the same period last year. Moreover, the EV maker has also announced a slew of offers for this festive season.
The new festive offers include benefits of up to Rs. 24,500 on purchasing an Ola electric scooter, a five-year battery warranty worth Rs. 7,000, and an exchange bonus of up to Rs. 10,000. Moreover, there are no-cost EMI financing schemes, including a discount benefit of up to Rs. 7,500 with the partnered bank(s). Ola is also offering extended warranty on its other scooter models. The aforementioned schemes are valid till 12 November.
Ola Electric made a few changes to its product portfolio recently. It introduced the Gen 2 platform, which includes the S1 Pro, S1 Air, and the S1 X range. However, the brand also removed the S1 model from its range during the same time. As of now, the S1 Pro Gen 2 is the most expensive and feature-loaded offering in the Ola stable.
The S1 Pro currently retails at Rs. 1,47,999, while the S1 Air costs Rs. 1,19,999 (both ex-showroom, Bengaluru). Meanwhile, the S1X is offered in three variants – S1X (2kWh), S1X (3kWh), and the S1 X Plus. Ola has priced them at Rs. 89,999, Rs. 99,999, and Rs. 1,09,999 (all ex-showroom, Bengaluru), respectively.
