The Ola Roadster is the new electric motorcycle in the company’s portfolio. It is the mid-spec bike and here is a look at it in images.
The design of the bike is simple yet futuristic. There are a number of creases and edgy surfaces and the battery as well as the motor is hidden neatly inside a large cover that’s quite well styled.
Powering the Roadster is a 13kW motor that can propel it to a top speed of 126kmph. Ola claims the bike can sprint from 0-40kmph in 2.2s only. It is available in three battery pack sizes- 3 kWh, 4.5kWh, and 6kWh.
Under the bodywork, there is a steel frame that is suspended by a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. The Roadster rides on 17-inch alloy wheels while braking is taken care of by a disc at the front and at the rear.
Roadster boasts Hyper, sports, normal, and eco. It gets a 6.8-inch TFT touchscreen and comes loaded with smart features such as proximity unlock, cruise control, party mode, tamper alert, along with AI-powered features such as Krutrim Assistant, smartwatch app, road trip planner.
