Ola Electric recently launched range of electric bikes in India, the Roadster X, Roadster, and the Roadster Pro. The motorcycle vary from each other on specs, features and prices. The Ola Roadster X is the most affordable of the lot and here’s a detailed gallery of same.
The Roadster X is available with three battery packs – 2.5kWh, 3.5kWh, and 4.5kWh. Each variant offers different riding range and price points.
The base 2.5kWh variant is priced at Rs. 74,999, while the 3.5kWh variant costs Rs. 84,999. Meanwhile, the top-spec 4.5kWh trim is priced at Rs. 99,999. All prices are ex-showroom, Bengaluru.
The top-spec Ola Roadster X variant offers a range of 200km and a top speed of 125kmph. Ola hasn’t revealed the maximum range of the other two battery pack options.
The Roadster X is powered by an electric motor that produces 11kW of maximum power. The motorcycle can sprint from 0-40kmph in 2.8 seconds.
Feature-wise, the Roadster X gets three riding modes - sports, normal, and eco. The modes alter the throttle response, power delivery, and top speed. It gets a 4.3-inch LCD cluster that displays a multitude of rider information. It also gets turn-by-turn Ola Maps Navigation.
Other features include a cruise control system, advanced regen, TPMS, DIY Mode, OTA updates, digital key unlock, and App connectivity.
The Ola Roadster X is suspended by telescopic front forks and monoshock at the back. Meanwhile, braking duties handled by a single discs at both ends with ABS. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in road-biased tyres.
