- Production commenced at the Ola factory
- Features telescopic front forks and dual rear springs
- Likely to be offered with three different battery pack options
Ola Electric CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal has teased the Roadster X’s production on his social media handles. The image appears to be that of a production line for the Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler brand’s first electric motorcycle.
In this image, we can see the bare bones of the Roadster X and it reveals a double cradle frame housing a diagonally mounted battery pack. Right below the battery and around the footpegs is the motor mated to a conventional chain-drive system. The entire setup is suspended on telescopic front forks and dual rear springs. Further, the Roadster X is equipped with 17-inch wheels wrapped in MRF tyres.
During its launch in August 2025, Ola revealed that the Roadster X will be offered with three different battery packs - 2.5kWh, 3.5kWh, and 4.5kWh. The top-spec trim would cost around Rs. 1 lakh (ex-showroom) and it will offer a range of 200km.
The bike will also come with features like a 4.3-inch segmented LCD console with turn-by-turn navigation and connectivity features, LED lighting, advanced regenerative braking, cruise control, reverse mode, tyre pressure monitoring system, and geo and time fencing. Ola said the Roadster X’s deliveries would commence around March this year.
