In a bid for stock clearance, Ola Electric has launched new discount offers for the S1 X lineup. Apart from the previous low asking price of Rs, 49,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru), the brand is now offering another discount up to Rs. 25,000 on the S1 portfolio and an additional exchange bonus of Rs. 5,000.
The said benefits of Rs. 25,000 comprise a free battery warranty of 8 years or 80,000km worth Rs. 7,000. It further includes finance offers of up to Rs. 5,000 on select credit card EMIs and free MoveOS+ upgrade worth Rs. 6,000 and free charging credits worth up to Rs. 7,000.
Currently, the Ola S1 lineup has multiple models – the S1 X, S1 Air, and the S1 Pro. While the Pro model is the top of the shelf, the Air sits in between and the S1 X has three more variants. The landscape for Ola electric scooters hasn’t been great lately. Customers have not only been facing issues with aftersales experiences but the brand too seems to be struggling with meeting demands for repair and more. We too have witnessed numerous Ola electric scooters parked in various lots since the service centres haven’t been able to house the demand.
