- Currently manufacturing 1000 units a day
- Customers aren’t happy with delivery process
Ola Electric is planning to open its second purchase window soon. This development was revealed by the top honcho of the company.
The company claims that it is now producing 1000 units of the S1 e-scooters per day. This number could be increase in the next few months. Ola has been facing some flaks from its customers due to poor delivery turnaround and also lack of clarity on the customers’ delivery date. The social accounts of the brand has been working overtime to clarify their stand.
The CEO of the company tweeted that the purchase window for the remaining customers will be opened soon. However, there were no exact dates given for this. A lot of customers have reserved their S1 units but haven’t had the opportunity to buy it.
As of now, the brand hasn’t been doing well in terms of overall sales and after sales experience. But we can expect this to be resolved as and when Ola manages to figure out the overall sales experience.
