H.O.G (Harley-Davidson Owners Group) India returned to Goa and hosted the 4th edition of the H.O.G. India rally on February 18, 2016. More than 2500 H.O.G. members, from across 21 H.O.G. Chapters, some from as far as Chandigarh and Kolkata came together for the biggest H.O.G. Rally of the year.
The roads leading from Nazri Grounds to Arpora Sporting Grounds, Goa, witnessed the largest group of Harley-Davidson motorcycles in India till date as the H.O.G. India parade, roared its way into the India Bike Week.
The 4th H.O.G. India Rally is the biggest rally of the 5 rallies that are conducted all-round the year at regular intervals for Harley-Davidson riders and their families. The heart of these rallies lies in the roaring sound of the V-twin engines and the wide variety of experiences encountered by riders.
The 4th H.O.G. India rally also hosted an award ceremony or what they call the ‘Roll of Honor’. 125 H.O.G. members being awarded the ‘Big 5 Patch’ which is awarded to riders who complete all four zonal rallies and the national H.O.G. rally in Goa, within the year. Devendra Chugh of Tiger Chapter (Indore) won the H.O.G. Custom Contest with his customized Heritage Softail Classic. Along with the title of the ‘Best Customized Bike of the Year’ he also received tickets for the 76th Annual 2016 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, South Dakota, U.S.A.
