Husqvarna Motorcycles has released a teaser video on its official YouTube channel with a title “Raising the Adrenaline”. The landscape of the teaser video shows some breathtaking mountain roads with smooth tarmac where the new street bike glides away.
While Husqvarna has put in lot of efforts to reveal minimum details of the bike, we have managed to catch few things like the tyres which are proper sports bike tyres, the rear- view mirrors are slightly small (similar to the KTM Duke 690), the riding position is very super moto style and so is the helmet.
Last year, Husqvarna revealed the 701 concept and we think the teased bike is the production version of it. The new Husqvarna is expected to be powered by a 650cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine with power output to be around 75bhp. The company had used the word “outstanding” for its torque figure at the EICMA last year.
This is what the Swedish manufacturer has to say about this new bike
"Husqvarna Motorcycles goes to EICMA to release an exciting new street bike that connects tradition and craftsmanship of the brand with Swedish roots. A bike with outstanding agility and razor sharp throttle response, driven by an engine that propels riders from one corner to the next with thrilling power. Look forward to discover the new Husqvarna, a bike that delivers on quality technology and is guaranteed to raise the adrenaline levels of the riders."
