- Likely to be powered by 550cc parallel-twin motor
- Gets aggressive styling with winglets
- Could get keyless functioning
Chinese two-wheeler manufacturer, QJ Motors has registered new design patents for one of its upcoming products. The details have now been leaked, revealing that the bike will be a middleweight supersport.
The upcoming QJ Motors super sport will boast an aggressive and youthful design. The leaked images also reveal that it'll get winglets for aerodynamic advantage. Not to mention, the split LED headlight looks similar to the Ducati Panigale V4's unit.
QJ Motor will likely plonk a 554cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor in its upcoming supersport offering. The same unit is also expected to serve Aprilia's forthcoming ADV. Expect it to dish out around 47bhp, similar to Benelli's current motor for its middleweight models in India.
The leaked pictures also reveal that the bike gets keyless operation, Brembo brakes, and USD forks along with a monoshock. It could feature a single-sided swingarm as well. Considering Benelli and QJ Motors’ ties, we expect the bike to be re-badged as a Benelli soon after its launch in the international market.
