QJMotors showcased a wide range of products at the recently concluded Auto Expo 2023 and the list included the company’s retro-style motorcycle, the SRC 500. This motorcycle is already available in the Indian market and it has been priced at Rs 2,79,000 (ex-showroom, India).
The retro design on the QJMotors SRC 500 includes a round headlight, round-shaped rear-view mirrors, a curvy fuel tank, a twin-pod instrument cluster, a chrome pillion grabrail, alloy wheels, and a side-slung exhaust. Now, unlike the Imperiale 400, the SRC 500 rides on alloy wheels that are shod in tubeless tyres. The colour palette includes three options – Golden Black, Red with White, and Silver Black.
The mechanical specifications on this product include a 480cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces a maximum output of 25bhp at 5,750rpm and a peak torque of 36Nm at 4,250rpm.
Meanwhile, the hardware on this motorcycle comprises telescopic front forks and preload-adjustable twin rear springs to handle the suspension duties. Then, the braking setup comprises a 300mm front and a 240mm rear disc brake. The feature list comprises a halogen headlight, digital instrument cluster, 15.5-litre fuel tank, USB charger, and dual-channel ABS.
This motorcycle rivals the likes of the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 in the Indian market.
