Rajini Krishnan secured the third place in Race 2 at the second round of the Malaysian Superbike Championship. This will come as a relief for the racer after having a tough time due to motorcycle problems in the first round of the Malaysian Superbike Championship.
In Race 1, Rajini was in second position when the race had to be stopped due to the heavy rain. However, on restart Krishnan took first and later crashed out during the race. Things turned for the better for the Indian racer in Race 2 where he managed to secure third place on the podium. The race didn’t go as smooth as it sounds, it was stopped due to the rains in the fifth lap when he was second. On restart, the racer was fighting for the top spot but had to settle for third due to a bad tank slapper.
Overall, it seems like Rajini had a much more successful weekend compared to his stint in the first round of the Malaysian Superbike Championship.
