Here are leaked pictures of Honda's next-generation CBR150R. The motorcycle appears to have significant cosmetic changes and an all new instrument cluster.
The pictures appear to be still images taken from a video. They show that the revised model has adopted a twin-light face similar to its elder siblings the CBR300R and the CBR500R. The bike has completely new bodywork and will have sharper and more efficient styling. The seating is more raked, similar to the R15 V2.0. The new CBR also gets new aluminium pillion foot pegs.
The new fully digital instrument cluster appears to have a horizontal rpm guage. It appears to have a gear position indicator as well as a separate display for the trip meter.
The drastic changes the styling also suggests that there could be changes to the frame and engine of the motorcycle. It will likely better performance figures from the 149cc single-cylinder water-cooled engine.
There are still no details on the launch date and pricing of the revised CBR150R. Stay tuned to BikeWale for more updates.
