Electric two-wheeler manufacturer, Revolt Motors has commenced its operations in the financial capital of the country. The company has inaugurated its dealership in Andheri, Mumbai.
Apart from Mumbai, Revolt Motors is present in five other cities – Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Chennai. The booking process for Revolt products is open in Mumbai. Meanwhile, the company has started dispatching electric motorcycles in the cities where it is already present. Revolt Motors plans to expand to more cities.
The electric two-wheeler brand currently offers two products in the country, the RV300 and the RV400. The RV300 is the base version while the RV400 is the premium model. Both motorcycles are available with My Revolt Plan, which is a monthly EMI scheme. Under My Revolt Plans for the RV300 and RV400 are available at Rs 2,999 and Rs 3,999 per month respectively. Buyers can also select the one-time payment option, and purchase the RV300 and the RV400 for Rs 84,999 and Rs 1,03,999 respectively (ex-showroom).
To give you a quick recap about the motorcycles, the RV400 uses a 3kW motor that is powered by a 3.24KWh battery. The top speed of the RV400 stands at 85kmph while the battery is claimed to deliver a range of 150kms. The RV300 is powered by a 1.5kW motor and a 2.7KWh battery. The budget-spec model boasts a top speed of 65kmph and is claimed to return 180kms per charge.
