Revolt Intellicorp, a Manesar-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer, is planning to set up a new production facility in the southern parts of India. The company intends to invest up to Rs 300 crore in the project for which it is in talks with the state government. The main objective is to ramp up production of its electric motorcycles, the RV300 and RV400, to meet demands from the dealers and customers.
Revolt currently has a manufacturing facility in Manesar, Haryana which has an annual capacity of 1.2 lakh units. The company had recently affirmed that it has brought down the waiting period of its two-wheelers from five months to three months. Besides speeding up operations on the production front, Revolt is also working on expanding its dealership reach across India. After setting up showrooms in Delhi and Pune at the time of its launch in August 2019, the company has entered into three more cities this month.
The AI-enabled Revolt RV400 and RV300 electric motorcycles can be bought with a unique EMI plan for an easy ownership experience. The RV400 and RV300 can be purchased with a monthly installment plan of Rs 3,999 for 38 months and Rs 2,999 for 37 months, respectively. Revolt also has an option of one-time full payment, under which the former costs Rs 1,03,999 while the latter is worth Rs 84,999 (both prices are ex-showroom).
