- Massive expansion plan underway
- New Revolt showrooms to open in 64 new cities
Revolt Motors is all set to re-open bookings for its flagship electric motorcycle, the RV 400, from 21 October at 12pm. Interestingly, people in 70 cities across India will be able to book the e-bike since the company plans to expand its reach to 64 new cities, from the existing 6 cities, by early 2022.
At present, Revolt has retail operations set up in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. Meanwhile, the major cities which are a part of the expansion plan include Bangalore, Kolkata, Jaipur, Surat, Chandigarh, Lucknow, NCR, and more. The new Revolt stores will be providing more services than just sales. Visitors will also be able to take a test ride of the electric motorcycle, understand the charging setup installing process, and other details related to charging.
The Revolt RV 400 is quite an impressive electric two-wheeler in terms of specifications. It is capable of delivering a battery range of up to 150kms along with a top speed of 85kmph. It runs on a 3kW mid-drive motor which is powered by a 3.24kWh lithium-ion battery. It’s also modern in terms of features with things like a smartphone application called MyRevolt. It gives access to connectivity features such as geo-fencing, selection of customised sounds, complete bike diagnostics, battery status, historical data of rides and mileage.
