Revolt Motors has announced the reopening of bookings for the RV400. The bookings will reopen from 15 July 2021, 12pm onwards. The company had also started accepting bookings last month for both its models, which was then closed in just two hours due to the overwhelming response. The electric motorcycle brand currently has its dealerships in six cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad).
Recently, we had also reported about the drop in prices of electric two-wheelers that came as a result of the new amendments in the FAME ll policy. Owing to the new policy, the price of the RV400 has dropped by Rs 28,000, and it is now priced at Rs 90,799 ex-showroom.
The RV400 is a sporty looking electric motorcycle. It gets features like keyless go, push-button start, three riding modes (Eco, Normal, Sport), projector headlamp, daytime running light, LED indicators, fully digital instrument cluster, artificial exhaust sound and connected technology via the MyRevolt app. The e-bike requires 4.5 hours to fully charge the 3.24KWh lithium-ion battery that lends it a range of over 80km. The RV400 is propelled by a 3KW electric motor that helps it, to hit a top speed of 85kmph.
