- Revolt RV400 price hiked by Rs 5,000
- Now costs Rs 1,03,999 under one-time payment plan
- Tenure for Rs 3,999 per month EMI plan has been increased to 38 months
Revolt Intellicorp has announced an increment in the price of its top-spec electric motorcycle, the RV400. If bought through one-time full payment option, it will now cost Rs 1,03,999 (ex-showroom) which is up by around Rs 5,000 over the previous pricing. Meanwhile, the tenure for Rs 3,999 per month installment plan has been increased from 37 months to 38 months. Booking amount for both the buying options remains the same at Rs 3,999. Notably, these prices include FAME II subsidy benefits lent by the government.
Revolt has cited hike in input costs to be the reason for this bump in price. Also, the customers who have already bought the RV400 with the EMI plan will remain unaffected and the tenure for their installments will be 37 months. Meanwhile, the lower-spec model RV300 is not a part of this price increment and will continue to be sold at the old pricing. It is available with a monthly EMI plan of Rs 2,999 per month (for 37 months) while it costs Rs 84,999 (ex-showroom) under the one-time payment plan.
In other news, Revolt has recently announced that it will be expanding its footprint to four more cities starting this month. After commencing its operations from Delhi and Pune, Revolt will also have dealerships in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai by the end of this month. Moreover, the company has also worked on reducing the waiting period for its electric motorcycles which is now down from five months to three months.
