Royal Enfield announces road side assistance

Royal Enfield is now offering road side assistance for its customers. The company is offering one year free RSA subscription on every new Royal Enfield motorcycle. 

The owners have the option of extending the service after the first year. Owners with bikes  up to three years old will need to pay Rs 800 for this road side assistance service. Rs 1,000 will be charged for bikes which is three to five years old. This service is not applicable for motorcycles which is older than five years. 

Once you've subscribed to this service, the rider can contact the RSA at 1800-2100-007. The bike will be towed to the nearest service centre free of cost. However, this service is only valid if the vehicle is within 100 kilometres away from a service centre. This service covers punctures, battery issues, low fuel and also the technician cost.
