Royal Enfield has launched the Bullet 500 at Rs 1.53 lakh (on road Delhi). The motorcycle was officially unveiled via the official website last week but no prices were announced.
The Bullet 500 is powered by single-cylinder air-cooled 499cc mill producing 26.5bhp of power at 5100rpm and 40.9Nm of torque at 3800rpm. Power will be transmitted via a five-speed constant mesh gearbox. The motorcycle has been fitted with a carburetor that has been given a throttle position sensor. The motorcycle features a 280mm disc brake with two piston calipers, electric start and a redesigned Royal Enfield badge.
The Bullet 500 will be now being offered with the new green colour along with the black colour. The motorcycle will made available in India in phased manner. States like Haryana, Punjab, and Delhi will be the first to get this machine.
