Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS- What else can you buy?

Royal Enfield recently launched the standard Classic 350 with a dual-channel ABS unit at Rs 1.53 lakhs (ex-showoroom, Delhi). And with that the entire Classic 350 range has been updated with the safety feature. However, at a similar price, there are six other motorcycles to choose from. Here's what the grid looks like- 

Apart from the Classic 350 ABS, you have the option of choosing three different motorcycles from Royal Enfield's showrooms. Firstly, there is the Classic 350 Gunmetal Grey which differentiates itself with a matte grey colour. It is priced at Rs 1.53 lakhs.  Then there is the Thunderbird and Thunderbird 350X at Rs 1.54 lakhs and Rs 1.62 lakhs respectively.

While the standard Thunderbird is adorned with chrome and a sweptback handlebar, the Thunderbird 350X is a stark contrast and sports blacked-out components and a straight handlebar. All three motorcycles from Royal Enfield in this list are equipped with a dual-channel ABS. They are also powered by the same 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 19.8bhp and 28Nm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. 

And in a similar modern-classic styling as the Royal Enfield Classic 350 there is the Jawa Forty Two priced at Rs 1.55 lakhs. The bike is based on the standard Jawa but gets subtle cosmetic changes that set it apart like a variety of colour options. Neverthless, the bike gets a single-channel ABS unit and is powered by a 293cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled and fuel-injected motor. The unit puts out 27bhp and 28Nm and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. 

Or if you want a more aggressive motorcycle, KTM offers the 200 Duke for Rs 1.60 lakhs. The bike uses a high-revving 199cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that generates 24.6bhp and 19.2Nm with a six-speed gearbox. The KTM 200 Duke comes equipped with a single-channel ABS unit.

Now the only bike on this list that does not get ABS yet is the Mahindra Mojo UT300. The bike is positioned as a tourer and retails at Rs 1.49 lakhs. The Mojo's 294cc, single-cylinder mill generates 22.5bhp and 25.2Nm and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
