- Gets a host of optional accessories.
- Interceptor 650 to also get similar list of parts.
- To be launched in India in November
Royal Enfield is scheduled to launch its 650cc twins in the global market soon. Leaked images of the Continental GT 650 now reveal the list of optional accessories that will be offered for the bikes.
The bike gets a fly-screen and blacked-out bar end-mirrors; both with chrome highlights. It also sports an engine crash guard, chrome-finished saddlebag stays and a pillion seat with grab rail. While the Interceptor 650 is also expected to get a similar list of accessories, it will skip the pillion seat as it gets one as standard.
The bikes are powered by a 649 cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 47bhp and 52Nm torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield is expected to launch the Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 in India in November with an expected price of around Rs 3.8 lakhs to Rs 4 lakhs each.
We will be riding the bikes in the coming week, so stay tuned for updates and reviews on our social media channels.
