Royal Enfield recently launched the Goan Classic 350 in India, priced at 2.35 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle is positioned above the Classic 350 and is the most expensive 3500cc bike from Royal Enfield. Let’s take a look at the top highlights of the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350.
Bobber styling
The Goan Classic 350 is based on the Classic 350, but looks visually different than the latter, courtesy of its low-slung bobber styling and funky colour schemes. The key design highlights include an ape handlebar, chopped fenders, and white-wall tyres.
Different ergonomics
Compared to the Classic 350, the Goan Classic 350 features extremely relaxed ergonomics. The scooped-out seat, forward-set footpegs, and the tall handlebar offer a laidback riding posture. It uses a 16-inch rear wheel, which has resulted in a seat height of 750mm.
Same J-series engine
Powering the motorcycle is the same 349cc, single-cylinder engine that powers the entire 350 lineup. The motor produces 20bhp and 27Nm of peak torque and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. It gets a slash-cut exhaust canister for a better aural experience.
Cycle parts
The Goan Classic 350 rides on 19/16-inch cross-spoke tubeless wheels wrapped in white-wall Ceat tyres. Meanwhile, suspension tasks are performed by 41mm telescopic front forks and preload-adjustable dual shock absorbers at the back. The bike drops anchors with the help of disc brakes at both ends along with dual-channel ABS.
Colours and variants
The Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 is available in four colours that are spread across two trim levels – single-tone and dual-tone. The single-tone variant includes the Shack Black and Purple Haze colours, priced at Rs. 2.35 lakh, while the dual-tone trim gets the Trip Teal and Rave Red paint schemes that cost Rs. 2.38 lakh, ex-showroom.
