Royal Enfield has announced that its April sales have increased by 43 per cent. The company sold 33,918 units in April as compared to 23,818 units in the same month last year.
Out of the total sales, domestic sales amounted to 33,118 units as compared to the 23,180 units, registering a growth of 43 per cent. Royal Enfield achieved an increase of 25 per cent in the export market. It managed to export 800 units in April as compared to 638 units in the corresponding month last year.
Other than increasing its production capacity, Royal Enfield has been working on new products. Recently, the rumoured Himalayan adventure motorcycle was spied testing in Chennai, which makes us believe that the next bike to roll out from the production line will be the Himalayan.
