- Likely to come in two variants
- More affordable variant to get single-tone paint and a semi-digital console
- Higher-spec trim to get a Himalayan-like TFT screen
A new spy shot of the RE Guerrilla 450 has surfaced on the internet. Two motorcycles can be seen in the image with different colour options and instrument clusters, thereby indicating that it will be available in two variants at least.
The more premium-looking trim boasted a dual-tone colour scheme of red and gold on the fuel tank along with red fender and golden tail. What’s more interesting is that this colour variant was equipped with a round TFT screen which looks identical to that on the Himalayan 450. The other bike, supposedly the more affordable iteration, was adorned with a single blue shade while the instrument cluster was a semi-digital unit. This console was accompanied by a small round Tripper navigation module and the entire setup seems to have been borrowed from the Super Meteor 650.
The rest of the details which we have already observed in previous spy shots include 17-inch alloy wheels, block-pattern tyres, telescopic front forks, and a single-piece seat. The exhaust canister and the 452cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine will be the same units as the Himalayan. However, the power and torque output numbers might be marginally different courtesy of the probable tweak in the state of tune for the Guerrilla 450.
The global unveil of the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 will take place on 17 July and it will be positioned below the Himalayan 450 in terms of pricing.
