The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 was one of the most anticipated launches of 2023 with a price tag of Rs 2.69 lakh, ex-showroom. However, since that was the introductory pricing, the brand has revised the cost of the motorcycle across the country from this year. Now, the Himalayan 450 starts from Rs 2.85 lakh, ex-showroom. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is the least expensive in the city of Ahmedabad and the most expensive in Bengaluru. Now, the motorcycle hasn’t received any changes to its features or hardware after the price revision. It uses a 450cc, single-cylinder engine with 40bhp and 40Nm and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with slipper and assist clutch.
Weighing 196kg, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is lighter than the now-discontinues 411 model and offers a bigger fuel tank as well. As for features, it has a circular colour TFT screen integrated with Google Maps and Bluetooth. Additionally, it also gets switchable ABS, full-LED lighting and ride-by-wire throttle as standard.
