The launch of the highly-anticipated Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 is just around the corner. In case you follow our social media handles, you might be aware that we have already tested the motorcycle to its limits and the detailed review will be live on 10 November. In fact, we can’t even reveal the specifications of the bike till 7 November. However, that shouldn’t stop us from gawking at the stunning pictures of the Himalayan 452 that the company has officially released.
Royal Enfield has kept the overall silhouette of the new Himalayan similar to its predecessor while making it look slightly leaner and more athletic.
The minimalistic bodywork has been retained which inclines more towards function than form. The tall windscreen, flat and long seat, and the rear luggage rack make it look purposeful.
However, when it comes to features, the motorcycle will be way more modern than the previous bike. For instance, the pictures clearly reveal LED lighting all around.
The dated-looking semi-digital console has been replaced by a new TFT dash. This screen shows a plethora of information while offering other interesting features like brightness adjustment and two screen modes.
Royal Enfield has also designed an all-new hardware package for the Himalayan 452. The presence of USD forks and a new frame is a clear indication of that.
While the specifications of the engine can’t be revealed as of now, it’s clear from the images that this will be a liquid-cooled unit – a first from Royal Enfield.
The new Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will be available in five colour options – Kamet White, Hanle Black, Slate Poppy Blue, Slate Himalayan Salt, and Kaza Brown.
