Royal Enfield has officially teased the upcoming Himalayan 452 on its social channels ahead of its launch in India. This time around, the bike maker has released an actual image of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452, with the mighty Himalayas in the background.
The teaser image reveals the white paint scheme of the motorcycle, which is reminiscent of the original Himalayan 411 when it was launched back in 2016. The latest iteration features the Himalayan branding on the front mudguard, while the fuel tank, side panel, and rear fender feature the Himalayas graphics.
Design highlights on the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 include a beak fender, a high-set LED headlamp, a large fuel tank, and a petit tail section with split seats. The motorcycle is expected to ride on a 21/17-inch wheels combo at the front and rear, respectively, along with wire spoke wheels.
Powering the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will be a 451.65cc, liquid-cooled motor that will produce 39.57bhp at 8,000rpm, and a peak torque of around 40-45Nm. The engine will come mated to a six-speed gearbox. The new Himalayan 452 is expected to be priced at Rs. 2.70 lakh (ex-showroom) and will rival the KTM 390 Adventure, BMW G 310 GS, and the Yezdi Adventure. We expect it to be launched in India by late October or November 2023.
