Royal Enfield has revealed the updated prices of the Himalayan. The prices are applicable from 1 July, 2021 onwards. While the company has hiked the prices of the adventure-tourer motorcycle, it has not received any cosmetic or mechanical upgrades. The company has also hiked the prices of other motorcycles like the Bullet 350, Classic 350, Meteor 350, Continental GT650 and the Interceptor 650.
The Himalayan is available in three variants: Standard, Dual Tone, and Pine Green and Granite Black. The Standard variant is priced at Rs 2,05,784 and has received the least price hike of Rs 4,468. While the Dual Tone variant is priced at 2,09,529, and it will set customers back Rs 4,543. On the other hand, the Pine Green and Granite Black is priced at Rs 2,13,273 and has received the highest price hike of Rs 4,614 over the ex-showroom price of June 2021. The above-mentioned prices are ex-showroom (Bangalore).
The Royal Enfield Himalayan is an adventure-tourer motorcycle that features a front windscreen, scooped-out split-type seat, rear carrier, raised exhaust, spoke wheels, dual-purpose tyres and disc brakes on both ends. At the heart of the Himalayan sits a 411cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor that delivers 24.3bhp at 6,500rpm and 32Nm at 4,500rpm. This engine comes paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. The Standard variant is available in two colour options: Gravel Grey and Mirage Silver, while the Dual Tone variant is offered in Rock Red and Lake Blue colour options.
