The all-new Yezdi Adventure has arrived in the Indian market to rival the Royal Enfield Himalayan and it indeed has been priced accordingly. The prices vary depending on the colour selected and the Slick Silver Yezdi Adventure is available at Rs 2,09,900. The Mambo Black and Ranger Camo are available at Rs 2,11,900 and Rs 2,18,900, respectively.
Similar to its competition, the Yezdi Adventure is designed for long-distance riding and off-roading. The styling cues include a round headlight, a windscreen, a tall-set front fender, split-style seats, a side-slung exhaust, and wire-spoke wheels.
The feature list is more premium than the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the Yezdi Adventure gets full-LED lighting, a fully-digital instrument cluster, USB port, type-C port, and saddle-stays as standard. The instrument cluster on the Yezdi Adventure comes standard with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and tilt-adjustability.
The tilt-adjustment feature aims to display the console in the most efficient manner when seated or while standing on the footpegs. Apart from turn-by-turn navigation, the Bluetooth connectivity brings access to calls and messages while the smartphone app saves the vehicle and rider details. The hardware on the Yezdi Adventure includes a dual-cradle chassis, telescopic front forks, rear mono-shock, disc brakes on both wheels, and Continental-sourced three-level ABS.
The mechanical specifications on all new Yezdi models include the same 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, however, the engine mapping is different. The motor on the Adventure is tuned to deliver 29.8bhp at 8,000rpm and 29.9Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm.
