Royal Enfield has gone ahead and hiked prices of its entire range in India. The price hike varies from model to model and takes the on-road prices up by Rs 1,200 – Rs 3,600.
From the latest price list, it appears as if the Classic Chrome has been the most affected with a price hike of Rs 3,652 on its on road price in Mumbai. Following it is the Desert Storm with a hike of Rs 3,552. The Classic 500 also witnessed a price hike somewhere in the same range as the two with a figure of Rs 3,516.
The Thunderbird 350 and 500 saw a price hike of Rs 1,570 and Rs 1,630 respectively. Even the cheapest Royal Enfield motorcycle on offer which is the Bullet 350 Twinspark witnesses a hike of Rs 2,779. The brand’s most popular model which is the Classic 350 witnesses a price hike of Rs 3,057.
Royal Enfield’s flagship, the Continental GT, saw a comparatively lower hike of Rs 1,659. The company’s latest motorcycle, the Himalayan, sees a hike of Rs 1,235.
