Royal Enfield launches extended warranty; offers free parts replacement

Royal Enfield has launched a new extended warranty programme under the name ‘Ride Sure’. Currently, all Royal Enfield motorcycles come with a standard two-year warranty.  

The Ride Sure feature will let you extend the warranty of the bike by two more years. This gives a total warranty coverage of four years or 50,000 kms, whichever comes earlier. This feature is available in three difference packages – basic, basic plus and premium. 

With the basic package, the customer will be able to opt only for the extended warranty programme. But, under basic plus, the customer will get roadside assistance feature for the second, third and fourth year. Meanwhile, opt for the premium package and the company will also provide free parts replacement cover. So, parts like brake pads, accelerator and clutch cables will be replaced free of charge for four years or 50,000kms. The only condition for this is that the parts should be worn out through normal usage.  

The exact pricing of this programme will be available at the nearest Royal Enfield showroom. The customer will need to visit an authorized showroom within three days of the issue.
